By purchasing, downloading, or using the Dear Human Child desktop app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or publicly share the app or its content.

Intellectual property

All card artwork, text, transmissions, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Adi Kanda and World Without Fear. Your purchase grants a license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of any content.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Share your download link or the app files with others.
• Use the content to create competing products or derivative works.
• Remove copyright notices or other proprietary markings.

Disclaimer

The Dear Human Child deck is offered for inspiration, reflection, and personal contemplation. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Use the cards at your own discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app in your possession.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
