Because the Dear Human Child app is a digital product that is downloaded and used immediately, all sales are final once the download links have been delivered.

When we can help

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from installing or running the app, please contact us through worldwithoutfear.org with your Gumroad order email and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it or, in exceptional cases, process a refund at our discretion.

What we cannot refund

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Compatibility issues with unsupported operating systems.
• Failure to read the system requirements before buying.
